Ruffy Biazon is a former member of the Philippine House of Representatives, serving in the 12th, 13th and 14th Congress from 2001 to 2010. He represented the Lone Congressional District of Muntinlupa City.
At the end of his three terms, he is credited with the authorship/co-authorship of 44 Republic Acts, for which he was cited by the Philippine Daily Inquirer as “one of the most prolific legislators”. The Philippine Graphic Magazine included him as one of the Top 100 Young Leaders of the country and the Philippines Free Press Magazine as an Outstanding Congressman.
Ruffy is a techie, maintaining his own website, social networking sites and blogs. His hobbies include scale models, photography, airsoft wargames and DJ mixing. Writing is also a passion of his, which provides an outlet for his emotions and thoughts.

 | sir, this is sammy aquino. your scholar. :) gusto ko lang po magpasalamat sa lahat ng naitulong nyo sa akin. medyo informal 'tong way ng pagpapasalamat ko pero still "it's from the Heart"..hehe eto, i'm on my 4th year at UPLB. i hope, ny 2011 ay engineer na ako. hindi ko po kayo maabutan sa district office nyo sa madrigal e. gusto ko po sana ulit kayo ma-meet ng personal at makapagpasalamat na din.
do you remember yung time na nagpa-courtesy call kayo dyan sa office nyo? i'm wiith my mother nun, pero unfortunately wala na po sya. She suffered from breast cancer and she died last september 2007 (just to inform you kung hindi nyo po nabalitaan yun). Pero nagpapasalamat po ako dahil kayo pa rin po ang naging pillar namin. salamat sa medical assistance na inoffer nyo sa kanya. your office had paid all his bills during her chemo-therapies. salamat po tlga ng marami.
do you also remember yung guy na nakasabay sa plane? yung brod ko sa UP Grand Order of the EAGLES Fraternity. i can feel the warmth nung kinukwento ka niya sa akin. parang gusto ko ulit kayo makausap ng personal ulit. isa din po sya sa tumutulong sa akin sa studies ko ngayon, lalo pa't ngayon na nagttake ako ng undergraduate thesis ko. maraming salamat po sa lahat tlga.
do you remember the time na inaward nyo sa akin ung scholarship during my valedictory speech? God sent you as an answer to my prayer nun dahil nga hindi ako siguradong makakapasok sa college though pumasa ako ng UP, hindi pa rin kaya ng finances namen. salamat po.
I hope makausap ko ulit kayo ng personal at makapagpasalamat ng soooooobra. I admire your "Heart" --- generous heart! you do deserve na ipagtanggol against sa mga naninira sa inyo.hehe shame on them (those guys throwing false accusations against you).

MAy scholarship kami pero sa ngayon napuno na ang slots namin. Masyadong madami ang nag-apply at agad napuno ang available na scholarships.
